Come and experience what life is like at the Royal College of Music. Our annual open day is a chance for prospective students and parents to explore what the College has to offer.

Our 2025 Open Day will be held on Wednesday 7 May 2025. Bookings are now open; please complete the form on this page to secure your place.

The day is primarily aimed at those looking to start at the Royal College of Music in September 2026.

If you are a talented musician, aged between 8 and 18 years old, separate visit days for parents and young people to explore our programme for children and younger people.

Visit the Royal College of Music Museum

The Royal College of Music Museum contains the earliest known guitar, the earliest stringed keyboard instrument and the most recognised portraits of Joseph Haydn and Farinelli.

Following a £3.6million investment from Heritage Lottery Fund, the Museum has undergone a complete redevelopment and opened to the public in October 2021.
