Transform how you lead, communicate and perform under pressure using the latest simulation technology and expertise at the Royal College of Music.

Our bespoke executive training programme combines our deep understanding of performance coaching with cutting-edge performance science research. Our coaches and faculty performers will help you prepare for the world’s top stages, from boardrooms, conference platforms, to corporate pitching and strategising.

What is the Royal College of Music Executive Education Programme?

The RCM’s Centre for Performance Science, in partnership with Imperial College London, pioneers new understanding of and training methods for performance across corporate and academic domains.

Our two state-of-the art Performance Simulators, which recently benefitted from a £1.93 million redevelopment and featured on the BBC, give you a supportive space to hone your ‘performance’ preparation and delivery.

RCM’s Performers in Residence draw expertise and talent from a wide range of disciplines including magic, aviation, forensic science, cookery, puppetry, and chemistry. Our world-leading musicians are on hand to give your performance extra polish.
