Please ensure that you pre-book for an event before arriving on site. There is a maximum of 10 tickets bookable per transaction.
E-tickets will be sent to you as a single pdf document attached to an email. We would advise you to print tickets before each performance, or alternatively you can scan them directly on your mobile phone when you come to the RCM.
Each ticket is unique and is only valid for one admission and should not be duplicated. You do not have to return your e-ticket if you need a refund or exchange. We will invalidate the e-ticket. By scanning your ticket, the RCM acknowledges the entry of one person with no other entries permitted from the same ticket.
If you have not received your e-tickets, or you are experiencing any technical difficulties, please check your spam inbox. For reference, e-tickets come from the address boxoffice@rcm.ac.uk and this email can be used for further enquiries.
