Robert Brooks is a conductor, arranger, composer, and baritone based in London. He is the Musical Director of Bath Camerata, Cambridge Chorale, ITV Voices, and Libricini, and serves as a guest conductor for the National Youth Choir and London Youth Choirs.

Robert attended Junior Guildhall before becoming a chorister at New College, Oxford. He began conducting at the University of Manchester, where he directed the chamber choir Ad Solem and was a member of Genesis Sixteen. He later conducted the University of Edinburgh Chamber Choir, the Preston Cecilian Choral Society, and the Manchester Singers, and completed fellowships with the Leeds Festival Chorus and the National Youth Choir.

In addition to his choral work, Robert’s orchestral portfolio includes engagements with the University of Warwick Symphony Orchestra, Nottingham Youth Orchestra, the Academy of St Mary le Bow, the British Sinfonietta, and Eboracum Baroque. He is also gaining recognition for the inventiveness and quality of his choral arrangements, which have been premiered and recorded by the National Youth Choir, the Exon Singers, Icosa Chamber Choir, the King’s Men, and many others.
